Writing Prompt from Media for Word Choice/Power of one Readings

I watched this video on youtube about the power of ONE....It would be a great writing prompt to have our students watch and then compose their own ONE writings with assessing word choice:-)

Tips for Helping Struggling Readers

If a student struggles with reading at a consistent rate, model good phrasing and expression. Point out the punctuation such as a brief pause for a period, comma, etc. Sometimes a student will run the sentences together and becomes confused with what he/she is reading.
